If you are searching for a fence company...remember...you get what you pay for!! We had several estimates and Mills Fence was around $600 cheaper. Being on a budget, we went with Mills. Big mistake. Our fence looks TERRIBLE! The gates are uneven, the boards are uneven and some of the wood is bad. The three guys that came out that day were in a hurry and just being lazy. I called to complain and J.R said it was unaccepatable and it would be fixed.They came out once and I am not sure what they did, but it still looked the same! So, J.R came out to look at it after I called to complain again..again, he agreed it looked terrible and said they would be back out to fix some of the mistakes. I am still sitting here with horrible looking fence weeks later. Even the things he said they would fix still won't make it right...short of tearing the thing down and starting over. Some of the posts are not in the ground as far, some too far. Then they say the ground is uneven, no...you didn't bury the post right!!! They also buried one post to close to the gutter that they just threw the bottom part of the downspout in the yard...and it won't go back on!!! I got an estimate from the Fence Company and wish I would have spent the money because driving around town, their fences look great. (they put signs on their fences) Live and learn...wish there was a review on this company sooner.
