Review content:
This little hidden gem on Christopher Street is the best kept secret on the block - Pho' Sure! Written up in GQ as one of the best in Bahn Mi sandwiches - the hype lives up to its name with the tasty pork and the crispy bread. At $6, this is a great deal for a sandwich that is full in flavor. For dinner, get the Grilled Hanger Steak or one of the Pho noodles - Pho' Real & Pho' Sure. The names may be corny but the bracing broth and the noodles with the tendon and meats make it a dish worthy of saying the name with fervor. The Grilled Pork Summer Roll is also a great hit as the meat is tender and the flavor wakes your taste buds. They are planning to add a dessert menu soon and I hope that happens with shaved ice and condensed milk goodies. Come in a group of 4 for now as the place is cozy in square footage. But as they say, precious things come in small packages! For a good time in Vietnam, this is the place to be in the West Village.
Pros: Great Bahn Mi, Affordable Prices, Superb Flavors
Cons: No Desserts, Limited Seating
