Review content:
Wow, my first time at boot camp, I was thinking....""I made the right decision"" by spending my money at PPBC instead of another class or pt, and there are a lot of choices. Besides the occassional overcrowded class [I took mostly in the evenings], I loved it. I even raved about it to other folks encouraging them to visit and see what it's all about. That is until the end of my 5th week. Due to several factors & circumstances, I was injured and ultimately had to have surgery. Please note that I'm in no way suggesting or blaming PPBC for my injury. However, after repeated phone calls and emails letting them know my status, I received no response. Let's just say their silence was deafening. Courage? Was all this perceived care and concern for my ""results"" only valid as long as I was paid up??? How disheartening to feel like I was only worthy of concern as long as I was re-upping. More disappointing than not finishing the full 6 weeks was the utter lack of respect for me. They should learn to practice what they preach.
Pros: Great Workout
Cons: Overcrowded, Indifferent
