There are gyms and then there are gyms. This is one of the most hardcore gyms I?ve ever been to. The good news is that?s exactly what I needed to get into shape. The personal trainers are friendly but relentless. They didn?t take no for an answer. They kept pushing and pushing until I got the weight off. Now I can?t seem to stay away. My abs are tighter than they?ve ever been and I have this gym to thank for it. It?s a state of the art facility that has serious trainers available to help you.
