Review content:
I had walked in to make an appointment. In the amount of time it took to take my information I had heard more about why the other groomers in the area were so terrible and why this place was so stunning. I just irked me that I heard more about a shop down the block on Hicks Street. I made the appointment with this place because the other two were booked, now I can see why. To the owner (if you were the one I talked to) should learn business tact. Dont make your self look great by making others seem terrible. I left not getting my dog groomed and am now waiting for my appointment at the competitor. I should have just done that from the start. You might have had a new client if you just told me more about you and less about why the other place is so terrible. Liset a new Brooklyn Heights reisdent Pros: Could be a nice place but they lost me Cons: They speak badly about local competitiors
