If Gregg's Cycles put as much effort into service as they do advertising, they would have a valid share of Seattle's cycling community. I have had several bad experiences with their staff, while the management appears to be totally disconnected from the reality on the sales floor. You will do much better dealing with your local, independent bike shop.
