Best Steaks in Utah

Timber Mine is a treat for me. I go there on special occasions. But its well worth the wait. The atmosphere is that of dining in a mine on one side of the restaurante. On the other its kind of like being outside of a town with show girls and such. I like to eat on the mine side. Its great for romantic dinners. They have lighting fixtures that you can adjust to set your mood. There is also a fountain in that area that is nice to look at. Dinner is served with Bread and Butter. The menu has fish and steaks. I always get the 8oz goldrush. Its a great steak. Its some kind of dry rub pepper and you wont need steak sauch for this one. Comes with baked potato or fries, and a salad. My wife always gets the White Gold which is Halibut. Its great too. Now all of this comes a little bit expensive. Its about $17.00 a plate. Drink not included. From what I can tell they have a full bar but I am not muc of a drinker. I definitley say you must try it at least once.
