For electronics, I like to go to Best Buy. As soon as we walk through the door, we are greeted by their employees. At the Customer Service, there's always plenty of help. There were a couple of times where I forgot my credit card at home and the customer representatives were able to help me out. The line does get backed-up from time to time, but their response time is decent. It is the checkout lines that get backed up and requires extra assistance. The store is well stocked with my son and I's favorite games. It's also great that they have demos so we could both preview and play the games. The home electronics is also great. The JBL and Bose selection rocks! The car audio also has the latest selection. I like the fact that they can install the speakers within days from buying them. I've learned to DIY, but they were there to install the radio and speakers in my younger years. They also have great selection on computers, but you're better off buying that from the internet which offers better savings. more
