As far as convenience, this place is great if you're in Tribeca, and you're in a hurry. Well, generally speaking that is - if all the employees are busy with clients, they'll tell you to wait 5 minutes as the standard answer, but you could wait 10 - 15.
They do work quickly - again, great if you're in a hurry, but not so great if you want a manicure that lasts. They don't give great hand massages, though one or two of the people there are better than the others.
Chair massages vary - sometimes you get that quick, jerky rub, that leaves you wanting to bolt, other times you luck out and melt into the chair.
I see people getting pedicures, but based on my manicure experience, I wouldn't bother - save that for when you have more time and can go to a better salon.
