I ordered a bouquet of lilies for my mom's birthday (I am in AZ and she is in Hawaii) and asked to have them delivered on friday (her birthday - it is wednesday now). Then my dad told me that they would be gone for her birthday...I panicked and called customer service to have the delivery changed to today...Not only did they get the flowers there today, my mom called and said that they were beautiful..no extra charge to boot!!! I thought that they were outstanding and I have found a new flower company. Can't say much about others experience but I am more than satisfied!
