I have used Dr. Segarra as a pediatrician for three kids. He is always responsive to my calls and provides wervice immediately when necessary. He is sensitive to each child's personality and treats each one with the needed respect. His office is clean. His staff is pleasant from the minute you enter. His advice is always sounds and judgement good.
