laila rowe is GREAT for cheap fun jewelry, esp now with spring and summer rolling in. lots of funky, chunky jewelry, and cute bags and scarves etc too.
and i DO mean cheap. almost everything in the store is under $20, and when they have their sales (which is almost all the time), stuff is slashed 50 or 75% meaning you can get pretty nice stuff for $2-$5.
but don't expect the stuff to stand the test of time - they're baubles after all, but fun while they do last, and worth it for the price.
