1. Noisy
2. Extremely over priced
3. Elevators are always broken
4. Uneducated, unhelpful, rude, lazy office staff
5. You will never see your deposit again. Left the apartment cleaner and in better shape than when we moved in and were not given a dime.
Take my word for it as a past resident of Arthouse - You will regret living here. There are much better apartments in the DFW area.
