Howard's came through for me when my refrigerator died on me. I called for the model I saw on their website, came in and the friendly sales rep had me in and out within about 15 minutes. They even delivered the next day - on a Sunday too! The staff at the location was friendly and asked to help me once I walked in the door. Store is large and items are well presented. I'm coming back here when I need to buy a big screen TV.
