The Louisville Recreation Center is a great facility. They have recently updated the building to create a modern, inviting atmosphere. They offer a full range of options from basic weight and aerobic machines, to tennis, to a full gymnasium, and an outdoor skate park...just to name a few. See their website for details. They offer very reasonable day care, but you have to stay in the building. It's right on a bike path if you are into pedal power.
