We were recently shopping for a matress set for our daughter's room. When we entered Value City Furniture, we were immediately met by a salesperson who led us around the mattress section. She was helpful and knowledgable and gave us time to decide on our own (without hovering over us). When we were ready to purchase, she wasn't pushy and explained all the terms to us so we weren't unsure of anything. We picked up the matress that day and haven't had a problem since. The matress is great quality and was inexpensive compared to other places we looked.
