Similar experience to other reviewer. We needed a replacement part for our refrigerator, and after the initial consult and a promise of a Monday repair, Monday comes and goes with no one showing up. We call and get empty promises of calls back and and a new repair date, but nothing follows through. We are now a week out of the original repair date with no one contacting us back and a still broken appliance. Inept is the correct word.
