Took my x5 in for a balance and rotation. Service was quick and not expensive - that's the positive. Unfortunately, the tires are more out of balance now then when I took them in. I could probably take it back, complain and get it done again but I'd have no guarantee that they could get it right the second time. Instead I'll take it to Moterwerks where I'll pay more but they will definitiely get the job done right. A cheap price isn't value. Quality done right the first time is value.
