Thinking about Fletcher Jones being the new owner of this Audi dealership I expected nothing but Ritz Carlton service. I emailed an inquiry and was promptly greeted by B L33 . He assured me the A4 I inquired about was in stock and we scheduled a time to meet later this week. He seemed like he was very well informed, friendly and I was looking forward to working with him. He emailed me the next day stating he was not available but he informed his manager was going to meet me in his absence. Seeing as how cool I thought he was I emailed him stating that I preferred to see him so I rearranged my clinic schedule so we could meet on Friday. This morning I received numerous calls and texts from someone else stating that he was ready with my Q7. ?? Who the F is this and what the F about a Q7?? I called and emailed ""B"" to no response. I knew this was going to be bad. The sales person continued to contact me and his VM stated that ""B"" was merely a customer care agent. I asked ""B"" point blank if he would be my sales adviser when we first spoke and he assured me yes. Fkuing sneaky, evasive MF. Needless to say I am pissed and extremely disappointed with this dealerships deceptive tactics. More so I made accommodations and changes to my professional life in order to meet up with a bunch of unprofessional cons, ok maybe they are professional cons. The stigma of shady car salesman lives and thrives at this dealership. F.U. FJ Audi for wasting my time. Happy and thrilled to see what response this dealership has to offer.
