I entered into a contract with K&S Renovations and made a down payment of $3000 for initial materials purchase. No work has been done since and haven't seen materials. Excuse after excuse was given by the contractor, until eventually he agreed to refund the down payment. Still have not received reimbursement or return communication. If i could give no stars i would!
