I didn't have too many problems with them (besides them being a bit slow to fix our rental problems) until we moved out. They charged us money for a doorknob they insisted that WE changed. To find out later, they were not up to code on the doorknob and wanted to charge us for the code update! To think that they videotaped the house before we moved in, and yet they refused to review that when I called about it. On top of that, they were completely unprofessional, never returned my phone calls, and I ended up losing the money. If you have issues please don't back down against their unprofessionalism and fight for your security deposit!!
