I'm gonna preface with this; I didn't end up buying my car from them, I simply got a better warranty deal from a Ford store for the car I ended up buying than Carmax was offering.\r

HOWEVER, I did spend a lot of time at the Orlando Carmax looking at cars. The sales representatives were patient and informative as I looked over every car I had interest in. They gave me the brass tacks on what the differences between the cars would be and were very up front about every possible additional charge; they even include their dealer fee in their price. Not sure if they'd want me to put full names here, but Jason was the first salesperson I talked to and he walked me around and helped me look at any and every car I wanted. He went on vacation, so the Senior Sales Consultant (something like that) Alexis took up the mantle and helped me out with my test drives. She was patient as we drove three cars (the daily limit for free test drives) and then looked at some additional cars as well.\r
