I was initially pleased with Alexander Ford when I first purchased my vehicle. Upon purchase, I was promised in writing a new button for the mirror switch on my car. I was told the button was on order. After a week, I checked back an the button had still not arrived. I was told it would be in soon, or one would be taken from another vehicle. After another week, I was told it was on back order, then promptly hung up on. Now it has been a month, and I still have no button and the seller is ignoring my phone calls. Don't do business here. They take your money, then leave out to dry.
