Reading these other reviews is truly saddening for me because my experience at Milanj Diamonds exceeded my expectations by far. Some people must not understand quality merchandise and the utter passion involved in creating it and handling it with care until it reaches your hands (or for me, the my finger : ) My experience dealing with Milanj, especially owner Jalil, was phenomenal. He sat and listened to my concerns and what I wanted in my engagement ring and he delivered, not only exactly what I asked for, but it was more amazing and high quality then I ever could have imagined. It was also nice to have my ring come from an exclusive jewelry store rather than those less quality chains such as Kay or Zales. The interior of Milanj is just as luxurious and flawless as their product. I plan to go back there in the near future to select my fiance's wedding band, as I expect nothing short of excellence in their product, plus it doesn't hurt to be treated like you're the only one in the store.
