Every time I go in to Malstrom I am pampered from start to finish. It starts with an offer of a drink (and the Aveda tea is wonderful), and then mingles special touches throughout my cut and color. There's the hand massage and the head massage during the shampoo. There's talk if I want it and silent attention when I don't. I always go to Jessica because she does my hair just like I like it and will experiment without going nuts when I need a change. Every time I get my hair done, I try to have an event to go to because I just look so fabulous. Thanks Jessica! Thanks Malstrom!
