I've been going to Salon Valentina for about 5 years - with 4 of those years going to a great gal that unfortunately moved out of state when her husband was able to make a good career move. She was fantastic! After she left, I needed a haircut and had the secretary put me in with whomever was open, which was Deanna. I've been moderately satisfied up until the last two times. Last week when I went, I told her there were some weird shorter bits that always feel out of my curling iron and I wanted those bits to line up with the other layers. Did she pay attention to me? No! She was too busy talking on and on and asking questions of me. Out of politeness I was answering her questions, even though I really prefer to just have a stylist pay attention to their work and let me have a little peace and quiet.
