Lately I've been bombarded with emails from LA Fitness askign me to rejoin... are you kidding me?\r
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym membership with LA Fitness due to a rude and unprofessional trainer that I was “paired” with by a “manager” that wished to hit on me rather than listen to complaints about his staff’s behavior. This trainer verbally assaulted me - a paying member of not only the gym, but the personal training program, because apparently he was inconvenienced when I thought we were training at 7:00pm and not 7:30pm. This occurred in front of management, other staff members and gym members. I received no assistance from the management staff at all, even when I asked to speak with upper management or for a phone number to file a formal complaint about the employee. The trainer continued to harass me during gym visits until I had to ultimately leave the gym due to feeling uncomfortable and at risk since the gym had my personal information, including address. \r
I will never rejoin any LA Fitness, much less the Bala Cynwyd location where the issues occurred. Unprofessionalism at its best. \r
