I was disappointed with my recent floral order. I spent $60 for a small, cute arrangement offered on their website that was supposed to look like a square birthday present with "cheerful yellow blooms tied up with a big red bow". What was delivered was a tiny round arrangement of white daisies with a rose and some ribbon pieces on top. I understand substitutions need to be made on occasion, but I really felt like it didn't resemble what I ordered at all and was overpriced for the end result.
