Hickman county courts are unethical. They will allow anyone to take a child from another county and then come to them, tell lies and give custody to the kidnappers. Judge Samual Smith should be thrown off the bench for allowing someone to come into his courtroom and give false info and give someone custody of a child that they had kidnapped 2 days prior. Now I have to get a lawyer to get custody of my kidnapped child back because legally since the judge awarded custody to someone who is not even related to my child I can not get her back without filing a pitittion. Hickman county is ajoke town and I will not rest until someone is held responsible.
