We have tried to give this place a shot as it is the most convenient alterations spot to us, but they have continuously performed sub-par work. The last straw was failure to follow directions on an expensive pair of jeans. When I asked for a refund b/c I didn't get the service I requested, I was threatened and yelled at in two different languages. I have filed a claim with visa and hope to get my money back. Save your clothing and drive further!
