I'm a big believer in customer service and this place is lacking it, in spades. I thank my guardian angel for protecting me from signing a lease with this place, because if it was this much of a problem from the beginning, I can only imagine what the next year would have been like.
Pros: Lots of parking due to the lack of tenants
Cons: Customer Service, $25 trash fee - really?
