You'd think that a written contract would be a reasonable request. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of taking a verbal agreement that somehow kept creeping up in price every subsequent phone call.
They'll tout that they have a great rating in the bttr busnss buro and that 'Knot' rated them as the best DJ service...or something like that. I might have been able to see for myself if Sean (the sales guy) didn't "get rid of me" and send me a refund.
Thanks, Sean. Now I'm screwed and have no DJ for my wedding.
Pros: Sounds like they provide good DJ's
Cons: Good luck at nailing down a price
