I had an 8:30 am appointment - one of the first of the day. I arrived at 8:20 am. Three people came in after me and were called in before me. I spent 55 minutes in the waiting room. I asked why I had to wait so long and was never given a good explanation. Kept saying something about a new patient. I explained that I was not new had even been in during October and November. Talked to the office manager and she said that's just the way it is. Never apologized.
