Catfish Plantation have the best real southern food I have ever eaten. We went on a Friday night so it was pretty busy. Not really any more busy than any place else on a Friday though. Our Server was Bonnie and she was great. Very attentive and funny. She said she had been there for like 15 years. I can see why. The food was wonderful. I had the Catfish New Orleans which is a blackened fish with Creole sauce and monterrey jack on top. Super GOOD!!! The fried pickles are clearly homemade. Crispy and hot, not limp and greasy like some places I have been. I will be back. It felt like coming home to my favorite restaurant. Even the hostess was nice. Highly recommend for everyone.
