On two occasions I have attempted to schedule appointments with Cary Urology--once using the business' web site and once using the answering service. On neither occasion did I get the necessary returned phone call to schedule these appointments, and I had to place a second telephone call to the business to get any action. On both occasions the person taking my call told me that the method I chose to contact them was unreliable. I got no apologies for the inconvenience and delay.
