Omar has been cutting and coloring my hair since 1989. I am constantly complimented on the cut and many hair stylists have stopped me to ask who cuts my hair. Without reservation, Omar is the best in Tampa and one of the best anywhere. I have read a couple of earlier reviews and I must question whether they were written by jealous competitors who are trying to slander his reputation. You will not find a better technical stylist and his designs and techniques are on par with the best salons anywhere.
