I have been goin to this Dodge repair facility for years and I am just finally fed up with them. I always say ""heck, ill give them another chance year after year"" and finally im done.\r

This shop will try and charge you an arm and a leg for anything/everything. The customer service is horrible and the salesmen trying to tell you what is wrong with your car treat you like you dont know what you are talking about. I have argued with them many of times and their stories of whats wrong with my car always change as they start catching on that I know about cars and their parts.\r

Dont get that feeling like you are getting TOP quality service and knowledge on your car because it is at a shop specialized for your car. You are better off doing some research and looking/creating a good relationship with a local mechanic who you can stick with the rest of your life.\r
