Every time there is a steady rain various apartments will flood! The foundations are poorly built. The rainwater will settle in a large puddle and will soak the carpet. There have been reports of mold and mildew?this is a major health risk! When a resident moves into the apartment the management does not disclose this. The management has made no attempt to fix the problem. The apartments are also very drafty. During the winter months the downstairs area is very cold while the upstairs area is very hot. The management and maintenance does not fix anything in a timely manner. I DO NOT recommend these apartments to anyone! Please BEWARE!
