My hair is in bad condition and very difficult to deal with. That is why I go to a professional salon instead of cutting it myself like I normally would. But apparently my stylist, John, was more clueless than I was. He had no knowledge of what I could do to make my hair easier to work with or help restore it. During the cut he was constantly complaining about how bad my hair was. He didn't listen to what I wanted and was very defensive about everything, bordering on attitude. I don't have much of a problem brushing my hair, but he couldn't do it without pulling a ton of it out. And finally, my haircut is an absolute abomination. Not only was it not what I was asking him to do, but it looks like a 3 year old did it. You would never believe I went to a salon. It is lopsided, choppy, uneven, and a mess. I didn't get charged but he didn't even apologize or admit to any faults of his own.
Pros: very friendly and welcoming staff
Cons: beyond unprofessional service of actual haircut
