I have never had such disappointing service at a bike shop. The shop is in no hurry to get youre bike fixed. I needed to replace brake and shift cables. They quoted me 2 days to do this. I went in on the 3rd day, and it had not been started. I am never greeted at the door (even tho the shop is tiny) and the employees are not friendly and seem generally disinterested. Prices also less than stellar. I can not think of any reason at all to go to visit this shop again.
Pros: They do have expensive bikes
Cons: limited parking, bad customer service, slow repairs.
