I'm not sure when the other reviewers were at PJ's but I have never found it to be filthy. With all the animals there I don't think I've ever even seen a fly! True, it's not a state-of-the-art kennel, but you can pay through the nose for those. PJ bought that kennel several years ago and I don't know how long the previous owner had it. PJ has always been very fair to me and has been very helpful in boarding rescues for me when I was short of foster homes. PJ is a great supporter of rescue and local shelters. She works incredibly hard to keep that business going. OK, it ain't the Hilton, but it's still what I would consider a very comfortable and safe place for my critters.
