The customer service is not at all friendly, but the cleaning gets done, every time, and pressed. I am sticking to this place for the dry cleaning because they get the job done every time, whether it was my work blazer, wedding dress, my suede leather jacket, or my lambskin leather jacket.
Pros: Use coupons. Cleaning gets done.
Cons: You must deal with stone-faced customer service. Must remember to turn in coupons up front.
