I had a little car damage on my trunk door so got estimate around $2000 and would take 5 days. No one called me the fourth day and finally I called the afternoon and they said that my car need the new bumper and the service would be delayed for 3 more days and $1000 dollars more. I had to pay for extra car rental cost. Of course they could't finish the eighth day and another excuse. The ninth day and 5:50p.m just 10 mints before they closed the store, they finished to fix my car. I asked them to pay for 4 days for rental car cost. They said that no. The reason is that the paper I signed shows 9 days for service but it isn't. But it shows only on final estimate bill paper. however, the esimator feels sorry for delaying the service so he like to give me $20 dollars for the ninth day car rental service. when i got their office one guy delievered the money to me. He was in the back of the office but didn't show up but just give me $20 dollars. What is that? I was really disapointed the way they treat to their costomer. Not enough explanation and lack of comunicaton with their costomer. This place need to be more professional on their service more
