Tracy Rios is the best hairdresser ever!!!!! She is so sweet, funny and not to mention incredibly talented. She is the kind of person that if you came to her with no idea what you wanted to do with your hair, she would work her magic and make you look amazing. Tracy also does my mother and my son's hair. The whole family just adores her. Tart is a very hip and stylish salon, but it also is very down to earth and warm. I would not have a problem telling everyone I know to go to Tart and see Tracy Rios.
