I am a resident of Colonial Manor Apartment Complex in N Ridgeville, and before you rent here I want everyone to know a few things. You will have to sign a lease and rules and regulation sheet, but don`t worry about the rules, no one else here does. It is stated that there be no pets allowed, and there are dogs and cats residing here illegeally. Also it is stated you cannot hang anything in your windows visible from outside, so if you look you will see blankets and signs and other objects, along with torn screens blowing in the wind making this place look very poorly. There is to be no working on your vehicles in the parking lots, well watch where you step, you may slip in the grease or oil puddles. Also management refuses to warn all the people that like to leave their laundry in the machines all day so others cannot utilize them. As a matter of fact, good luck if your trying to contact management in the office, she is only in there a couples hours a day, comes in late and leaves early and won`t return calls, even on some emergency calls. But if your late just one day with your rent they are all over you demanding lates fees, go figure huh. But one good point, it is a good neighborhood. If you do decide to move here, don`t take their word that the carpets are clean and don`t ask for anything once you`ve signed the lease, you will not get it, and don`t complain, it will do no good. So my point is look else where for a better, caring place to live, a place that takes real pride in their property and cares alittle aboutthe people that pay big money for rent to them.
