A loud hardcore rock bar. All of the songs played are for hardcore rock fans. The DJ will not play any Madonna, Brittany Spears, Pink etc. which is great. Happenings lives up to their reputation of being not afraid to play the rare hardcore cuts that most radio stations would not allow on their play lists. I wish the bar staff would bring back the tap beer for all nights, especially the $2 pitcher night on Tuesdays. Happenings is the loudest bar in La Crosse with an awesome CD selection for the heavy side of rock.
