I called today to find out how consignment works and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. She started off o.k. sharing that as of two months ago the store stopped taking wedding dress consignments. She referred me to a place in McMinnville, which is quite a ways away. After discussion about flower girl dresses, I asked if they would take my wedding dress, for free, so that I don't have to drop it off at the Goodwill. She got very snotty said, ""No"" and a few other dismissive words and tried to hang up on me. I just got off the phone and decided that the best way to direct my frustration is by posting a review.
