Faux Glow

I was browsing on CItysearch and came upon the last review of Faux Glow. I was take aback by her comments about the customer service. I have never had any problems and or issues with Faux Glow. I am a consistant customer and have never had any problems with the staff. I firmly believe that Jeani Roth owns a very friendly and upscale business and that Faux Glow is the best spray in the city. As far as a 24 hour cancelation policy, Im pretty sure... actually, i would almost guarentee that every salon in New York has the same thing, so why this is an issue for some would boggle the mind.
