I've been working with Fitness Together for almost 7 years, and it is a great place. Trainers are cheerful, helpful and professional. I have never been able to stick to an exercise program before, but with the help of my trainer I work out consistently. I am now very strong and fit, do both strength training and cardio exercise, and feel and look better. This is a comfortable place for an out of shape beginner to start or to improve your current condition. Definitely the place to go.
