It's not the best (that doesn't say much because I've eaten at too many independent pizza places to count), but it's still a great pizza. My brother called himself the ""Pizza Expert"" because he thought he knew what to order at Fiori's since he'd been there once already and was in love with it. He told them pepperoni & mushrooms. I was angry because I wanted the cappicola. Anyway, the pepperoni turned out to be good and the sauce and cheese were great! Problem here: they use canned mushrooms on an authentic Italian pizza. Overall, I'd still recommend this place!
